Really excellent or mint condition, no dings, rust, or bends, lays flat with embossed numbers (see pics), Has no bolt wear & no year or inspection sticker either! The I has a small spot of paint missing on the left tip, top and bottom, but I would say that"s from handling! Plate appears to have never been used! .....USA bidders only! Thanks for looking!
