This issue features an 11 1/2-page article (including many photos) by Jeff Leider on the history of South Carolina license plates. There is also a 4-page piece by George Sammeth covering Colorado plate history. There are 50 pages not including the advertising section in this issue. Other topics covered in this issue include Illinois Antique plates, the origins of Maine"s lobster plate issue and the plates of Upper Volta.
