DescriptionThis South Dakota license plate (3D 8470) has the 1992 to 1996 plate design. It shows general wear to include chips and bending as well as two additional mounting holes made by previous owner (see pictures).
NOTES ON SHIPPING:
I will always combine shipping for multiple purchases. Combined shipping invoice prices will be rounded down to the nearest dollar amount. I will never try to make money on shipping costs.
Books will be shipped in either a solid cardboard box (made from re-purposed grocery store boxes) or well wrapped inside a bubble-wrap envelope. Larger soft cover books or magazines will be placed inside a plastic protector, and shipped with cardboard backing inside a reinforced mailing envelope. My packing methods will always protect the item from harm incurred during shipping.
