Plates show usage, the front more than the rear, review the pictures please. I have not tried to polish or clean them up. It is the way I took them off my car a few (quite a few) years ago. These are aluminum I believe as a magnate will not stick to them and there is some corrosion on the back rather than rust. The others are the rest of a collection The Jersey plates are pre 77 the other Michigan plate are 78 that were retired in 84. It would make a good starting point for a new collector, they are used and worn.
