Here is a super rare 1932 Ohio License Tag, that is made from cardboard.
It was to be issued in 1932 to use in place of your lost license plate, while you are waiting for your new replacement plate....HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ANOTHER ONE ?
If you noticed - it was never used, or never had a 1932 date issued (marked) on it.
Therefore: it is New-Old Stock and a REAL SURVIVOR..... it does it show some aging, after all it"s 83 years old.....(great patina)
It measures 11 long x 5 1/2 wide.
This is the Real Deal that was from the State License Department, at the Cleveland Automobile Club.
If you look close, you will see it also has two round brass grommets, where it should be mounted to your vehicle.
This would make a great addition to any serious License Plate collection, or a neat item on your displayed 1932 Ford !
