There are also some light scratches & scuffs and a small ding above the 2nd 3. The year stickers are very strange, as they appear to have been cemented on the plate with a hot glue gun ... or some sort of adhesive other than what was on the sticker. I"ve never seen anything like this before. Weird! See photo. This plate has been expired at least three years and is being sold as a collectible. $3.85 for shipping to any US address.
