First of all this plate complies with Ebay’s rules since it has expired over 3 years ago (both year AND month are considered) and is not a design that can currently be used on the road. This is sold for collection, display or craft purposes only, not for a vehicle.
Secondly, this IS the plate that you will receive – not one with a different serial number or “similar to” the one scanned.
This is a 1994 stickered 1987 Big Red Passenger base. The condition is Very Good, refer to the picture. Note that the lines on the sticker above and below the 94 indicate that it was issued in a county that used dual emissions testing. Note that 1994 was the final year of regular passenger plates to have stickers - 1995 was the start of window stickers.
