This TEXAS Antique Vehicles license plate has an area in the upper right hand corner where the film-like coating has been removed and appears black in color as can be seen in the photos of the front side. The license plate is rather nice except for this spot in the upper right hand corner. If you collect license plates from the different States for antique vehicles perhaps you would like to add this to your collection.
