Here are two matching Pennsylvania License plates from 1926. They are number 113-891 and have a yellow background with blue letters and numbers, and keystones at the bottom before and after the 1926 PENNA. They have 4 holes, one in each corner to attach them to the car with, but, the screws are not with them. The plates measure about 15 by 6 inches. These plates do have issues.
