Here is a somewhat uncommon, original condition 1956 Natural State city tax license plate from the town of PINE BLUFF. Plate has never been used but is not "mint" due to some very light handling wear. Actual size = 3-1/4 x 10-1/4 inches. Seldom seen Arkansas local tag; colors match those used on the passenger plates.
