Description:
Up for grabs is a 1971 License Plate from Cobb County, GA.  This plate is unused, and was found in it"s original plastic packaging, which has been opened for photographs.  It is in near mint condition (not mint only because it has been in storage for over 40 years).

Shipping:
Most of our auction items now ship free in the US. Otherwise, shipping cost is based on the weight of the item (in packaging) and the zip code for delivery. We are always glad to combine shipping for multiple item auction winners, provided: (1) the auctions for the items end within 7 days of each other, (2) the auction items are conducive to combined shipping (which is almost always the case for clothing), and (3) you have not already made payment for any item won (through PayPal). Paypal charges us fees on every transaction, so if you want us to help you save money on shipping, please help us save money on paypal fees by paying for all your items at the same time. PLEASE email us (preferably BEFORE the auction ends for the first item you are bidding on) to let us know you are considering bidding on several items or if you have any questions. Again, please do not make payment for any item until all auctions you are bidding on have ended. We strive to send out an invoice within 24 hours of the auction end date, and we try to always ship within 24 hours of auction payment - it"s usually much less.
Items are mailed either through the United States Postal Service or the United Parcel Service (your choice) - both typically include electronic delivery notification/confirmation. We process 99% of our shipping through the /PayPal shipping system; if so, you will receive email confirmation of the actual shipment date and tracking number immediately after we print out the shipping label. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you desire a different delivery carrier, and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Your package should arrive within two to ten days of shipment.
We are also glad to ship internationally. International shipments are sent by USPS First Class or Priority Mail International, your choice. All items shipped internationally will require a Customs Form for shipping - purchaser is responsible for any and all duties for items shipped to their country - the value assigned to the item on the customs form will be equal to the purchase price of the item - WE WILL NOT under-estimate the value of the item, nor will we mark and item as a Gift. We have to sign the customs form, attesting to the accuracy of the information on it, so please do not ask us to attest to a false statement about the value of the item. Also, if the item is being sent to a post office box, please be sure to give us your phone number for the customs form - it is required - failure to give us your phone number can result in significant delays in shipment.
Terms of Sale:
All sales are final...items are sold as-is. We spend a considerable amount of time describing and properly measuring clothing, so we ask you to take the time to compare the measurements to a similar garment to make sure the fit is correct. If you have any questions about fit please contact us as soon as possible instead of waiting until the last day of the auction. Please understand that by bidding, you are entering into a legally binding contract and you are agreeing to the terms within this listing. If you believe an item has been grossly misrepresented or there was an error in the lising, please contact us immediately. If a return is to be granted, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to let us know what the problem is.
About Us:
We sell on as a hobby - this is not what we do to earn a living - but we still conduct business like it is. We enjoy selling on for the same reason we enjoy buying on - as we suspect most of you enjoy buying on - there are great deals and hard to find stuff. Our regular jobs keep us outside (and out of town) frequently, and our other hobbies also keep us outside as well, so we have come to appreciate the value in a well constructed article of clothing or piece of outdoor gear. The right clothing is an essential part of any outdoor experience, and your enjoyment of the great outdoors is always based on how comfortable you are while outside. Finding quality outdoor clothing and gear at a great price is why you want to keep checking back to see what we"ve got up for auction.
Clothing is not only functional, but fun - so in addition to great outdoor clothing and gear, we began to sell interesting vintage clothing as well. Please check back often to find something that suites your unique style. We grew up children of the 70"s and 80"s, so its always fun to find and offer stuff from back in the day. If you are interested in bidding/buying vintage apparel, please understand that such items may (or most likely) have imperfections, need a trip to the dry-cleaners or through the washing machine, or may not fit as expected. Unless the item is described as Mint Deadstock, the item has been previously worn and will show varying degrees of wear and use. We strive our best to mention and describe any flaws, but it is possible to miss or overlook minor things. Much of the vintage clothing we come across has been out of use for some time, and may have been in storage. Vintage clothing sizes are generally quite different in fit that today"s clothing sizes, therefore it is your responsibility to use the measurements provided above to compare the fit of the garment to that of something you already own to ensure a good and proper fit. We will not give refunds for items that do not fit you - that is why we take the time to provide measurements for you. Please give us the courtesy of checking these measurements BEFORE you bid on an item - similarly, if you have any questions about an item, please ask as soon as possible instead of waiting until the last few hours of the auction, as we may need more than a few hours to reply before the auction ends.
We are not smokers, but we are pet owners (two dogs, three cats, two hampsters, many fish, and a couple turtles at present). None of our pets materially participate in the storage, listing, photography (although our dog is very photogenic), or shipping of the auction items, and we generally do a very good job of keeping auction items away from our pets. However, we cannot guarantee that a stray hair from our dog or cat will not make the trip from our house to yours...please keep that in mind when bidding. Also, much of the items offered are not originally purchased and used by us, so we cannot guarantee that they come from a smoke-free or pet-free home. If an off-odor in an item is detected, we try out best to clean it to remove the odor - if the odor persists or cannot be removed, it is not offer it for sale.
As we are both a buyers and sellers on , we see transactions from both sides. As a seller, we are committed to dealing fairly and honestly with buyers since this is what we expect as buyers. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of each listing; although rare, mistakes can occur - if and when they do, we take immediate action to resolve the problem. Open communication is critical to the success of any transaction, and we try to respond to questions, concerns, and problems promptly - we will try to do whatever it takes to make things right. We want to ensure that your package is shipped safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. When your package arrives, please notify us via email or by leaving positive feedback.
