Paying for economy shipment before receiving my invoice , for purchases above 20.00 $ OR for destinations where registry is obligatory , certifies acceptance of risk of loss .
It is up to sellers judgment to request registered shipment to other destinations OR for purchases below $20.00.
Valuable items will be mailed insured , wherever this service is applicable , otherwise Fedex services with on-line tracking will be used.
