Payment
We accept PayPal as our primary form of payment. We are unable to accept cash or checks through the mail due to Ebay’s Accepted Payments Policy.
We require customers to submit payment within seven days from the ended auction. If not received within this time, we reserve the right to relist the item or no longer offer it for purchase. We do make exceptions in the case of emergencies, however prompt communication is required.
Shipping
We use UPS Ground as our primary shipping carrier and USPS Priority Flat Rate for only specified items. We use ’s Global Shipping Program for our international customers. As a third-party shipper, we do not determine the charges nor do we have the ability to waive any international transaction fees. Please refer to ’s International Trading Policy to review prohibited items, restricted categories and to reference a list of eligible countries.
Customers living in the Spokane or surrounding areas may choose to personally pick-up their purchases from our local Outlet facility located at 1406 E. Front Avenue near Downtown Spokane. Our pick-up days are Tuesdays and Fridays 9:30am-3:30pm. A $2.00 handling fee will be charged for each item and we ask payment be sent 24-hours in advance to limit wait times and to ensure the item has been pulled and ready.
Combined Shipping
We make our best attempt to combine shipping in the event more than one item has been purchased. We charge a $1.00 handling fee for each additional item on top of the highest shipping charge, unless they are of unusual dimension or size. We ask the customer contact us before payment so that we can accurately quote a price and have it reflected in the invoice.
For our repeat customers who commonly purchase multiple items; we allow a 14-day window for the accumulation of purchases for a single shipment. Items purchased outside of this time frame will be shipped separately or with other items purchased in the following 2-week window.
