These were fist issued in 1991 as this was the bicentennial year of Vermont being in the union ! On the back is the story of the plate and some info on Vermont. The plate is used and does have some sign of its age. There is some paint damage near the lower bolt holes and well as some paint rub off near some of the edge. These are getting harder to find, these are a nice addition to your collection.
