Up for consideration is a vintage 1948 Pennsylvania PENNA license plate.  This galvanized license plate is in previously owned condition and shows wear from age and use.  There are scratches, paint wear, marks and some rust.  The mounting holes on the bottom of the plate are indented. This plate number is PE416.  The expiration date at the top of the plate reads EXP. 3.31.49. This plate measures approximately 11 x 6.
