***1923 CALIFORNIA LICENSE PLATES***
This Plate is in real sound condition although it is very rusty on the surface of both the front and backside. There are no rusted through areas, plus there are no weak or rusted creases to weaken it. I"m NOT real sure if the letters are white or yellow , because of fading. I could find no other ones of this vintage so I"m not sure what it"s value is so I will be starting the bidding low and let buyers determine the value.
