This plate measures 15 x 6. It has on it, 259-994, across the bottom it has Maryland 1931. It is made of heavy metal, and the condition is good for its age. In the top of the right corner it is bent, and has a minor crack, not all the way through the metal. The color is red, it may have been painted, I do not know. It does have some surface rust, not bad. it was purchased from an estate sale, check our site for other license from this estate.
