Original 1939 glossy white/green Kentucky passenger license plate #9N484 from Jefferson County (Louisville area). No touchups, vibration cracks, peeling paint, or extra holes. There is a small minor scrape to the left of the 9 for accuracy. I have taken several photos so you can determine the overall condition.
