License Plate has some surface rust, scratches, dirt, used plate, signs of normal use and wear.Plate does have four small nail holes from previous owner display. Still is in fair to good shape for age. Overall straight with some minimal signs of ripples. Lays overall Flat. Can still be bolted onto vehicle or displayed on wall. Has some scratches, surface rust, some paint flaking, scratches from box wear, storage and use. Just try to call anything I may see. Tag in as found condition.
