VINTAGE 1945 WEST VIRGINIA LICENSE PLATE

This is a plate from 1945 from the state of West Virginia. I don"t know much about these, but it is in decent condition. A bit of rust. I took pictures of the worst spots.Shipping and handling may be more if outside the continental U.S. Will be listing many more of these in the next few days. We bought an entire box of them.
