I"m not positive, but I"m PRETTY SURE that this is a bicycle license plate or tag. It reads: 1948 ENID...1331. (Enid is a town in north / central Oklahoma, with a population of about 50 thousand.) This small tag is made of tin, and measures 2 by 2 & 1/2 inches. The condition is FAIR. (Grading can be subjective. Please read the entire description, look at the photos, and grade for yourself.) It has some rust stains, scratches and paint rubs. Condition freaks might be disappointed, but it still displays fairly well. (And WHEN are you going to see another?) It is guaranteed to be old & original - made in 1948 - or your money back.
