“Rare Frame does not fit a standard size plate. The bolt holes are 8 1/2" apart side to side and 4 3/4" top to bottom. This is for a smaller PA tag. The frame is about 11 1/2" long. Frame shows some ageing with no denting or problems. This is heavy aluminum”
