North Carolina Drive Safely License Plate has some surface rust, some scratches, but still is in fair to good shape for age 1958. Appears to have original paint & character. Have taken several photo"s so you can really get a good look. Tag is in as found condition. Have not tried to clean or repair License Plate. I prefer to leave all items in as found condition & let Buyer choose to clean or repair if they wish.
