Pair of blue & yellow Oregon license plates. I think these were first issued in the early 1960"s. Every two years the date stickers would be renewed. The last sticker on these is 1990. There are quite a few old stickers underneath the "90. One plate is fairly straight, but has faded out spots in the blue. The other plate does not have the fading, but is bent & has torn spots around 3 of the 4 mounting holes. These would be for a rat rod or unrestored car.
