Vintage 1961 OHIO License Plates J 351 C . These plates are green with white lettering and trim. For being 54 years old, these are in terrific shape. They also come with the original mailing envelope from South Side Civics in Youngstown Ohio. I covered the address label for privacy. It is ripped on the back, though. The owner wrote 1961 on the envelope, but stamp cancellation date is March of 1962. Nice set to put on an old car or just to hang on the wall for the collector. I also have 1960 plates with the same plate number and from the same owner listed on another ad.
