Vintage 1967-68 Delaware License- reflective riveted numbers

Up for auction is a nice condition 1968-67 ( not sure of exact date) Delaware tag. These are from a private family collection dating from 1965-69. All my plates have been in storage for 40 years. This plate has the reflective riveted numbers & letters.
