Vintage 1977 ARIZONA Solid Copper License Plate Pair Historic Vehicle PDY2
“"PLEASE DRIVE YOURS, TOO!" or PDY2, easy to remember acronym. SOLID COPPER, not plated! Minor scratches in raised lettered red paint, used for 3 years, vehicle now de-registered. One plate has the plastic protective film on the back. Plates have minimal signs of use as they are NOT NEW, but still VERY NICE!”
Genuine SOLID COPPER Arizona historical license plate MATCHING PAIR!
The plates vintage styling is from 1977. These are not flimsy copper plated.
They were newly acquired from Arizona MVD 3 years ago. The truck they are off of is now deregistered.
CONDITION is very good for used. The majority of scratching and paint loss is due to fastening on the plate holder of the vehicle....And it WAS a working truck!
The protective plastic is still on the back of the copper plate used on the front of the truck. Theres some Arizona dirt embedded in there, wanted to keep the film in place and let you remove if desired!
Newer plates are not even hammered (raised letters) in this state any longer!
