Item up for bid: Nice original 1985 West Virginia Dealer License Plate. This is a a nice old license plate. It has a great color pattern to it. These dealer plates are a little harder to find. This plate is in overall good condition, but it does show some small scuffs and the area around the mounting holes is worn.
