Alabama License Plate has some light surface rust, scratches, signs of normal use and wear, but still is in good shape for age. Still has Good Color. Overall straight with minimal signs of ripples. Lays Flat. No extra holes. Good background color. Some minimal scratches. May have shelf wear. Signs of previous use, but is in very good condition.This is an overall Clean Plate. Plate does have some minimal surface rust and scratches from normal use but still a Good Collectible Tag.Have not tried to clean Tag as I prefer to leave in as found condition and let Buyer clean or make any repairs as the choose or leave as is for their own collection or vehicle.
