Up for consideration is a vintage Indiana License Plate.  This galvanized 1983 Plate is in previously owned condition.  It shows wear from age and use.  There are scratches, paint wear, marks, some peeling of paint, discoloration and some rust. (See close-up photos for details). This plate has the number 13886Y and features IND 83 across the top and TRUCK 7 across the bottom.   Measures approximately 12 x 6.
