Vintage HOWARD COUNTY Maryland peddlers license plate, These plates were attached to a vendors cart or a trailer I am told. Unable to read the sticker for the year of issue believed to be 70"s or early 80"s. Smaller than a regular license plate. Shows signs of wear, use which I have included in the close ups.
