“FAIR CONDITION....SURFACE RUST NO HOLES”

I offer for sale this Vintage set of 1932 Ill license plates. Selling as is with surface rust....but no holes. Please see photos as they are part of my description and speak the loudest on condition. Selling as is the way I purchased them at an estate sale. Payment is accepted thru PayPal only.....and expected within 3 or 4 days of auction ending or an email explaining why the delay.
