“OK Condition 5/10 - Refer to description Has rust and some paint chips”

I recently purchased a large collection of 200-300 License Plates. I will be rating them on a scale from 1-10
1-3 : Bad Condition - Lots of rust, paint chips, dents, and bends.
4-5: OK Condition - Has either rust, paint chips, dents or bends that aren’t too bad but hinder the condition of the license plate.
6-7: Good Condition- Has very small spots of rust, or a small dent, or a slight bend. Nothing too bad but still something to hinder the value but an all around good license plate.
8-10: Great Condition - Has 1 or 2 small spots (8) or has absolutely no defects(9-10) This would be considered a “like new” license plate”
