This is a set of two matching metal automobile license plates from Tennessee with black characters in raised relief against a white background. The plates are from 1960, with 60 above the last characters on the right. The plate on the upper half of the photo is oxidized quite a bit more than the other(with some deterioration to the metal), and both have some bending in spots.
