I"m selling with no reserve, so don"t let this item slip away. Great condition for over 87 years old. The painting on this plate may not be original, if you look at the back you can see the paint ran that was on the front, so this may be a repaint, from the front it looks great. I"m not a expert on knowing how the plates were painted to began with so it could be original. Plate has not been cleaned and in as found condition. Some dirt is on plate but I"m not cleaning because I want you to see these as found. This plate is in excellent condition and made of metal. Color is excellent for the age and use, notice some minor rust in photos which is normal for age. just want to mention so no surprises. I will be posting more old license plates from Virginia and other states in the future so make me a favorite. Thanks for looking, good luck on your bidding.
