This plate measures about 9 1/4 long so it"s bigger than motorcycle plate, but smaller than a car plate. I"m guessing it"s a water craft plate, but it could be for something else. Since listing, a helpful member informed me that the RW stands for Rivers and Waterways. The plate shows a good deal of wear, scuffs, scratches, and rust. There"s more rust on the back, and some paint loss. Please examine all pictures in detail as they are an important part of the description.
