Washington DC license plate with 1968 US Congress Staff plate

Rare combination. Washington DC license plate (1960"s era) and 1968 US Congress Staff plate attachment. Both are in very good condition. DC plate has a few paint scrapes around bolt holes and smudges along bottom of plate (where Staff plate had been mounted). Staff plate very solid with nice finish and paint scrapes around bolt holes and bottom edge of plate.
Plates are over three years old and have been expired in excess of three years.
