For sale is a set of Washington State License Plates. Based on wikipedia (and the date tag) I believe these are from 1983 to 1986. One plate has the tag(stickers) on it, and one does not. You can probably wash it and clean it up a bit, but I will leave that up to the buyers discretion(I simply wiped off the dust with a rag.) These were kept in a garage for many years.
