This auction is for a 1970"s vintage Washington SP Exempt License Plate. SP stands for "State Patrol" as Washington calls their State Police. This base was used in the 1970"s and is no longer in use on any of the WSP highway cars. I have shown a few examples of this base plate on older state patrol cars from the 1970"s along with a few of the newer style base SP plate. It is in mint condition and comes from my personal collection. Buyer to add choice $9.45 lined Priority Mail shipping with cardboard protectors which will INCLUDE INSURANCE in the US. I would prefer this plate be Insured in case of loss or damage as it is historic police memorabilia. I always combine shipping. See shipping section for International Rates.
