Original 1963 unused WEST VIRGINIA CENTENNIAL 1863 - 1963
vintage steel commemorative automobile LICENSE PLATE .
In the West Virginia colors of Blue and Gold.
Never used - in excellent condition. But please look carefully at photos to see
there is some very minor (original) imperfection in the paint, mainly lower left
corner edge, and some very light surface scuffs on front and back.
Generally shiny, clean, and paint color bright.
