West Virginia License Plate Bird Wildlife RARE

The guy who I bought this from told me that this tag was made for a good friend for her birth year. It was made by the supervisor at the Mount Olive WV correctional Complex for her. It is a non issued plate for a collection only. It is the same size of a regular tag, and is made the same way, it is just not issued to be able to go onto a car. Very nice tag!!
