West Virginia 1963 1863 Centennial 1963 license plate with no reserve, so don"t let this one slip away. Great condition for over 53 years old. This maybe a Dealer plate with the D starting the string of numbers, you be the judge. All painting seems original at time of making plate. Plate has not been cleaned and in as found condition. Some mud and dirt is on plate but I"m not cleaning because I want you to see these as found. This plate is in excellent condition and made of metal. Color is excellent for the age and use, notice minor rust in photos which is normal for age. The color is blue with gold numbers. I will be posting more old license plates from many other states, some pairs in the future so make me a favorite. Thanks for looking, good luck on your bidding.
