West Virginia 1976 license plate for sale with no handling charge, so don"t let this one slip away. Great condition for over 40 years old. All painting seems original at time of making plate. Plate has not been cleaned and in as found condition. Some mud and dirt is on plate but I"m not cleaning because I want you to see these as found. This plate is in excellent condition and made of metal. Color is excellent for the age and use, notice minor rust in photos which is normal for age. The color is gold with blue numbers.
