West Virginia 1924 license plate. Great condition for over 92 years old. Can you just imagine the car this was on. All painting is original at time of making plate. Plate has not been cleaned and in as found condition, lots of dirt, mud, rust and road oil on this plate, I think it would clean up if you wanted to do it.
