Va Dealer license plates group of 9 : mixed years 1999- 2009 Colorful group of annual dealer plates, Used car dealer (DUC) and regular franchise or new car dealer (D), spanning most years in a decade from 1999 to 2009 with the white background. Overall these cover all the color combinations in recent use. Most of these plates have the registration cards taped on the back in some shape or another (some are somewhat faded and tattered but still reasonably legible). Two of these feature a low dealer #9, a now defunct Saturn dealer. g-vg condition, evident wear and dents. The 1999 and 2002 have magic marker writing. Please study photo carefully for condition. Long and oversized plates may not fit in some of the flat rate boxes, and may require a larger box, however shipping won"t exceed $20 if I can get it all in one box. Combined International orders are encouraged, and I will work to with you to save shipping costs based on weight limits. Please note we had a dramatic USPS rate increase in Jan 2016.
