DescriptionThis Wisconsin license plate has the 1968 to 1972 plate design with black lettering on a yellow background.  It has overall wear to include chips, numerous dents and bends and some rust on the back (see pictures).
 
NOTES ON SHIPPING:
I will always combine shipping for multiple purchases.  Combined shipping invoice prices will be rounded down to the nearest dollar amount.  I will never try to make money on shipping costs.  
Books will be shipped in either a solid cardboard box (made from re-purposed grocery store boxes) or well wrapped inside a bubble-wrap envelope.  Larger soft cover books or magazines will be placed inside a plastic protector, and shipped with cardboard backing inside a reinforced mailing envelope.  My packing methods will always protect the item from harm incurred during shipping.
