This offering is for a old genuine set of state issued licenses. These plates were originally issued by the lawful state agency. These plats were glass bead blasted, primed, and painted but the paint job was not perfect but presentable. There is evidence that extra holes drilled by the original owner were patched. Note, this is not an absolute set of perfect plates but they have solid metal and shows good.
These are nice plates that are priced low.
