This Wyoming automobile license plate that was used for about four years, from 2003 to 2006.
The plate features a view of Devils Tower in the background. It"s an older plate and the letters are embossed onto a heavier metal than what is used currently for Wyoming plates. It was issued in from the City of Casper, Natrona, County number 1, in the central region of the Wyoming.
