1970 Plymouth Barracuda Drag Car For Sale - No Title
The chassis was built by Super Stock builder Tom Callis in
Orlando Florida and was last certified by the NHRA in 1999. This car is a proven consistent money winner
and was a quality build. It has ladder
bars, coil overs, Wilwood brakes, Moser axels around a Dana 60 with 14x32s that
will go straight every time. Fiberglass
parts include the hood, front fenders, doors, deck lid and bumpers. It has always been stored indoors and the
Lexan is crystal clear all around. There
is just one spot near the deck lid that is bubbling but the paint and body is
in excellent shape. The grille is
original and it has a few cracks but still looks good. There is no title.
The 440 engine in this car runs 10.60s or 6.80s through race
mufflers, and was built by a central Florida machine shop. It is a mild engine but very dependable. It is .030 over with open chamber heads with
larger valves and Mopar adjustable rockers, Fluidampr damper, Torker aluminum
intake, Comp Cams 23-630-5, .650 lift cam, Mopar shot peened rods, Milodon
large oil pan and the rotating assembly was balanced. The transmission is a 727
with a JW transbrake and BTE 8 inch torque convertor and blanket.
Inside there is a Digital Delay Mega 400 delay box with
bumpdown button, Painless roll bar mounted 6 switch breaker panel, ACD Co2 air
shifter and throttle stop, East Coast super mini alternator, MSD 7AL-2 ignition
and Malory Unilite distributor. All
wiring is not concealed and traceable. All gauges are AutoMeter. The
belts and window net are expired and need to be replaced as well as the tires, but that is all that is needed to be done and this car will be in the money.
I also have a 28' Haulmark Edge enclosed trailer for sale.
