This Southern (Tulsa OK) car was purchased last year from a local gentlemen that had it in his garage since 1985. He had the engine balanced and blueprinted and the transmission rebuilt before he parked it. The engine and transmission internals show all new parts (investigated / checked internals before starting it up).
This car has the original paint (and it looks it) and rims. You decide if you want to preserve or enhance the car. Only rust is in the rear quarters right behind the tires (usual spots) the rest of the car is VERY CLEAN.
273v8 engine, 4bbl Carb, Edelbrock intake, 4sp trans. Limited slip Diff.
List of work items performed to bring it back to working order:
Complete rebuild of the Manual brake system.
Gas Tank cleaned and recoated
New fuel pump and hoses
Rebuilt the carb
New clutch
New Wiper washer motor & bottle
New turn signal lights on the fenders.
New turn signal cam (inside steering wheel)
Pertronix electronic ignition (replaced original point system, can change it back if you want)
New windshield
New rear carpeting (front had been replaced by original owner at some point)
New Visors.
Replacement (correct) jack stand
New 13 tires and spare.
Everything works except the radio.

Another short block and internals.

Original 4bbl intake, 4bbl carb, valve covers.
Another shifter for ‘no console’ setup.
